About
I'm David Power — a computer engineer, CFA charterholder, and 25-year veteran of banking and finance, including a decade leading operational change management at the senior level inside major financial institutions.
After years of reviewing how organizations waste time and money, I moved into independent consulting — helping SMBs integrate systems, automate workflows, and get their technology to actually work together. AI agents are the natural evolution of that work.
My approach is equal parts analytical and practical. I ask "what problem are we actually solving?" before I touch a single tool. The result is work that holds up — and doesn't require you to call me every week.
